The Nigerian Police Force has released 24 ways to stay out of trouble in Nigeria.
These are the tips to stay out of trouble :-
*1. Do not offer lift to anybody at night for any reason whatsoever. You may be fallen into a trap.*
*2. If you were robbed and any of your property is taken away by the robbers, you should report the incidence within minutes, because if the robbers are caught and your property is found with them, without your report at The Police Station recorded, you will be deemed to be part of the robbers and may be charged and prosecuted as an Accomplice!*
*3. Do not buy used phones or laptops, except you are buying from a known friend and you have ascertained that he was the previous User, as it could be a product of theft, armed robbery or kidnapping, if so and you are arrested, you will be dealing with a case of armed robbery or kidnapping. Also do not buy vehicles from vendors, until you check the registration details at the National Vehicles Registration Database to know the actual owners, or you ascertain that the Customs Papers are genuine, it could be stolen, robbed vehicles or a product of a kidnapping operation.*
*4. Do not leave Credit Alerts on your phone. Delete them immediately, it could make you a target of kidnapping in some circumstances or an easy way for fraudsters to empty your account.*
*5. Do not disclose your location online, it could make you an easy targets for assailants.*
*6. Do not give anybody, no matter how close, your phone or sim to make calls or allow people to put their sims in your phone to make calls, instead offer them airtime or your battery. If the person is wanted for a crime, you could be a soft target for the Police to get to the person.*
*7. Do not respond to strange persons, telling you about NNPC Contract, PHCN Contract, or errors in your accounts, they are fraudsters.*
*8. Do not ever stay in the midst of a mob, if any body dies from the mob action and you are apprehended at the scene, you will become a Murder Suspect!*
*9. Always watch your rear through your side or inner mirror while driving to ascertain if you are being trailed, if yes, drive to the nearest Police Station.*
*10. When flagged down by security agencies, be calm, polite and communicate with them in good English. It helps. If at night put on your inner lights before you approach them, it shows you have nothing to hide.*
*11. Do not allow anybody to use your account or email for a third party transaction and do not transfer money for people indiscriminately, because you could be a soft target for the Police to get to the Person.*
*12. Do not use ATMs at remote places at night, you could be robbed or kidnapped.*
*13. Do not use an ATM Machine that shows Microsoft Error or any other error covering the screen, it may have been programmed by Yahoo Boys to siphon your money.*
*14. Do not give testimonies in church or at an occasion with details of you making money or acquiring priced assets, you may acquire a kidnapping value, the Church is a mixed crowd and venue of an event is not a safe place.*
*15. Keep details of your financial dealings away from your domestic staff and security details. what you say or do in their presence, they are also with you to spy on you.*
*16. If you have Security Details, be careful what you say or do in their presence, they are also with you to spy on you.
*17. If you worked in a Government Establishment or Multinational, be careful what you relate to your colleagues, Government may have spies in every Government Body and Major Company in Nigeria.*
*18. Be careful what you say on the phone, write on text and social media messages, every conversation is being monitored!*
*19. Always keep your outside light on and the light inside off at home when sleeping. It confuses robbers and other assailants.*
*20. Be careful what you communicate on Messenger, WhatsApp, or phone calls. They could easily be used as evidence against you by the Law Enforcement Agent. If wanted to make a classified communication, do it by WhatsApp calls. It cannot be recorded as it is an encrypted, end to end communication.*
*22. Read documents very well before you sign. You are bound by what you sign. Do not allow any police man, investigating officer or security agent to force you make any statements. Insist on seeing your Lawyer. By the New Law -ACJL, they will oblige you, never make a statement for any reason that will implicate you as you could be on your way to jail.*
*23. Having exotic dogs like Alsatians, Rotweilers, etc, not local dogs easily wades off criminals and alert you on the communication Assailants.*

YES I AM CHANGING
*APPROACHING 60,65s & 70s* A friend of mine crossed 60 and is heading to 65.
I asked him what's changing?
He sent me following lines:
Yes, I am changing.
*After loving my parents, my siblings, my spouse, my children, my friends, now I have started loving myself.*
Yes, I am changing.
*I just realised that I am not “Atlas”. The world does not rest on my shoulders.*
Yes, I am changing.
*I now stopped bargaining with vegetables & fruits vendors. After all, a few shillings more is not going to burn a hole in my pocket but it might help the poor fellow save for his daughter’s school fees.*
Yes, I am changing.
*I pay the taxi driver without waiting for the change. The extra money might bring a smile on his face. After all he is toiling much harder for a living than me*
Yes, I am changing.
*I stopped telling the elderly that they've already narrated that story many times. After all, the story makes them walk down the memory lane & relive the past.*
Yes, I am changing.
*I've learnt not to correct people even when I know they are wrong. After all, the onus of making everyone perfect is not on me. Peace is more precious than perfection.*
Yes, I am changing.
*I give compliments freely & generously. After all it's a mood enhancer not only for the recipient, but also for me*.
Yes, I am changing.
*I've learnt not to bother about a crease or a spot on my shirt. After all, personality speaks louder than appearances*.
Yes, I am changing.
*I walk away from people who don't value me. After all, they might not know my worth, but I do*.
Yes, I am changing.
*I remain cool when someone plays dirty politics to outrun me in the rat race. After all, I am not a rat & neither am I in any race*.
Yes, I am changing.
*I am learning not to be embarrassed by my emotions. After all, it's my emotions that make me human.*
Yes, I am changing.
*I have learnt that its better to drop the ego than to break a relationship. After all, my ego will keep me aloof whereas with relationships I will never be alone*.
Yes, I am changing.
*I've learnt to live each day as if it's the last. After all, it might be the last* .
Yes, I am changing.
*I am doing what makes me happy. After all, I am responsible for my happiness, and I owe it to me.*

THEY OWE US SO MUCH RESPECT
Below are 13 ways Nigeria helped South Africa in their struggle against Aparthied in case they seem to have forgotten;
1.) Nigeria set up the National Committee Against Apartheid (NACAP) in 1960.
2.) The late Sunny Okosun composed a song called “Fire in Soweto” in 1977 to show support for the fight against apartheid
3.) From 1966, Nigeria gave material and financial support to the freedom fighters in South Africa
4.) Then Nigeria’s Prime Minister, Alhaji Abubakar Tafawa Balewa sent letter to South Africa’s ANC militants on April 4, 1961 showing support for their cause.
5.) Nigeria provided $5 million to the ANC and the Pan Africanist Congress (PAC) annually.
6.) In 1976, Nigeria set up the Southern Africa Relief Fund (SAFR) for the purpose of bringing relief materials to the victims of the apartheid
7.) The military administration of General Olusegun Obasanjo contributed $3.7 million to the fund and General Olusegun Obasanjo personally donated $3,000 to the fund.
8.) All Nigeria’s civil servants and public officers made a 2% donation from their monthly salary to the SAFR.
9.) Nigerian students skipped their lunch to make donations, and by June 1977, the total contribution to the fund had reached $10.5 million. The donations to the SAFR were widely known in Nigeria as the “Mandela tax”
10.) Between 1973 and 1978, Nigeria contributed $39,040 to the UN Educational and Training Programme for South Africa
11.) Nigeria boycotted the 1976 Olympics and Commonwealth games in 1979 as part of our protest against apartheid in South Africa
12.) From 1960 to 1995, Nigeria spent over $61 billion to support the end of apartheid, more than any other country in the world.
13.) Nigeria refused to sell oil to South Africa in protest against the white minority rule. Nigeria lost approximately $41 billion then. $41billion dollars. Remember this was our oil boom moment. As long as we fought apartheid, the money meant nothing. This are the same stupid black fools that are killing our people.
#Infact they owe soo much Respect#

HATRED
THE COST OF HATRED
I never knew it was that costly,
I wanted to know the cost of hatred, then decided to branch a shop where it's being sold.
As a good businessman who was looking for a buyer, he rushed out to ask what I wanted; I told him I wanted just a cup of hatred, and then he smiled and asked if I can afford it. 'how much does a cup cost?' I asked? Hmmmmm, he took in a deep breath,
then started,
i. it will first of all take away your inner peace
ii. it will cost you incurable worries
iii. it will eat up your heart
iv. you will be deeply bitter whenever you set your eyes on the person you hate
v. when others are celebrating him/her you will always be looking for why he/she doesn't deserve it
vi. you will become so weak and tired of seeing the person
vii. whenever he /she laughs, you will cry
viii. while others are busy planning their future, you will be busy looking for how to pull him/her down
ix. The Spirit of God will leave you and you will become the temple of devil where demons reside.
x. you will die before your time and go to hell.
The seller was still counting what a cup of hatred will cost me when I shunned him, realizing how expensive hatred is.
I left because I knew deep down I could not afford it.
I refuse to pay such a huge amount when I can love cheaply.
Brethren, don't allow anybody sell hatred to you so exorbitantly when you can love so easily and cheaply.

SAMSON
WHO KILLED SAMSON?
--Delilah or the Philistines?
--None of these options is correct.
--Permit me to tell you how.
--Even if there were 10,000 Philistine soldiers, they couldn't have defeated Samson.
--Do you know why? Samson's strength was not of this world; it was divine.
--As long as no one can defeat GOD, no army could have defeated Samson no matter how strong or how many.
--Samson was raised a terror for the Philistines. He killed a lion with his bare hands, lifted the gate of a city on his shoulder and walked over 46miles; he killed 300 Philistines soldiers with a jaw bone.
--What if he got a spear or sword?
--So, who killed Samson? The answer is Samson.
--Yes! Samson killed himself!
◇◆A man is his greatest enemy.
◆◇What an enemy cannot do to a man, he would do to himself.
◆◇Samson killed himself.
◆◇He delivered himself to the lap of Delilah and used his own mouth to tell the secret of his power.
--His life promised so much but delivered so little
--The Bible says in Proverbs, Chapter 19 Verse 3:
"The foolishness of man perverteth his way: and his heart fretteth against the Lord."
--Nobody can ruin your life except you do with your own hands.
--Although you can blame it on GOD or parents or government, you're the architect of your life; you are your greatest enemy.
--Even if your grandparents had done any evil, until you press the trigger it won't explode on your face
--No Satan or witch has the power to destroy you no matter how much they hate you, you're the only one who can kill yourself by your actions
--When the enemies try in vain to kill you, they lie in wait and allow you to kill yourself by your actions.
》》Goliath the champion couldn't hurt David but adultery destroyed his family.
》》The Gentile nations couldn't hurt Moses, but anger killed him.
》》When King Jeroboam stretched his hand against the prophet, his hand dried up. He couldn't hurt him, but his own disobedience turned him to a prey for a lion.
--Your greatest enemy isn't outside there, it's in you!
◆◆Millions are killing themselves with their own mouth by what they eat and drink.
◆◆Millions die of sexually transmitted diseases every year.
◇◆Would you blame a witch for that?
◆◆Hundreds of thousands of divorce and breakup happen every year because people destroy their
own marriages and homes with their own hands.
--Like Proverbs 14:1 says "Every wise woman builds her house, but the foolish one tears it down with her own hands.
--If you fail, don't look far away, look inwards because what's killing you is inside of you.
--What you yield yourself to will either kill or save you.
--If you continue yielding yourself to fornication, that's what will kill you both SPIRITUALLY or PHYSICALLY
--Everyone has a seed of sin deposited in him through his Adamic nature.
》》True repentance kills that seed but if you don't kill that anger, pride, jealousy, greed, lust, it won't just kill you in the future, it might have been killing you already.
》》That's why no matter how much people die of cancer and diabetics people won't stop smoking and drinking because a man signs his
own death warrant
◆◇Kill that seed before it kills you.
◆◇Quit that habit, now! Because your greatest enemy isn't a man or a spirit or Satan but you.
YES, YOU!

ALZHEIMER'S
⁉ ⁉. ⁉. ⁉. ⁉
Alzheimer's is an illness, in which memory is gradually lost. At one time he or she completely lost his /her memories. Please read it carefully. Yourself or someone in your family may be suffering this illness.
----------------------------------------
After the age of 50
one may experience
many types of illnesses.π€
But the one I am most worried about is Alzheimer's.
Not only would I not be able to look after myself,
but it would cause
a lot of inconveinence to family members....
One day, my son
came home and told me
that a doctor friend
has taught him an exercise using the tongue.
The tongue exercise is effective to reduce the onset of Alzheimer's and is also useful to reduce / improve
*1* Body weight
*2* Hypertension
*3* Blood-Clot in Brain
*4* Asthma
*5* Far-sightedness
*6* Ear buzzing
*7* Throat infection
*8* Shoulder / Neck infection
*9* Insomia
The moves are very simple and easy to learn....
Each morning, when you wash your face, in front of a mirror, do the exercise as below :
*stretch out your tongue and move it to the right then to the left for 10 times*
Since I started exercising my tongue daily, there was improvement in my Brain Retention.
My mind was clear and fresh and there were other improvements too...
1 Far sightedness
lesser
2 No giddiness
3. Improved wellness
4. Better digestion
5. Lesser flu / cold
I am stronger and more agile.
π Notes
The tongue exercise helps to control and prevent Alzheimer's...
Medical research has found that the tongue has connection with the BIG Brain. When our body becomes old and weak, the first sign to appear is that our tongue becomes stiff and often we tend to bite ourselves.
Frequently exercising your tongue
will stimulate the brain,
help to reduce our thoughts from shrinking and thus achieve a healthier body. Remain blessed.
